Project: Smithsonian Store at Union Station

Project Description: 

Smithsonian Enterprises decided to expand their retail locations​ beyond the National Mall and airports, and they selected a retail space at Union Station. A floor plan within the selected footprint was developed to create store sections that highlight the individual museums while still creating a cohesive look with a diverse range of merchandise. The final design needed to meet the goals of retail operations and the Union Station retail design requirements.

My Roles & Responsibilities: 

I selected finishes, designed custom millwork, and coordinated with the architect on lighting, structural elements and HVAC.
